Stomachache
舌の奥が切れたのかな？と、違和感があり
鏡で見てみると「ギャーーー」大きいブツブツがいっぱい。
ぎもちわるい
すこしヒリヒリするだけなので普通にご飯を食べていたら、
食事中に胃に激痛が！
いたーーーい！冷汗が出て身動きできない状態になりました。
調べてみると舌のブツブツは胃の信号のようです。
気がついたら口内炎も3〜4箇所くらいできていて
いろいろ足りないんだなー。と思いました。
（ビタミンCとか運動とか）
取りあえず病院に行きまーす。
